Haiti imported $3.72 billion of merchandise goods in 2023, making it the world's #154 largest importer. Goods came from 82 source countries, with the top ten sources providing 85.2% of total import value. The leading import was preparations n.e.c. containing by weight 70% or more of petroleum oils or oils from bituminous minerals, valued at $543.28 million — 14.6% of total imports.
