Complete list of Libya's 105 import sources and 100+ product categories. Sourced from CEPII BACI.
Libya imported $22.42 billion of merchandise goods in 2023, making it the world's #82 largest importer. Goods came from 105 source countries, with the top ten sources providing 76.1% of total import value. The leading import was preparations n.e.c. containing by weight 70% or more of petroleum oils or oils from bituminous minerals, valued at $4.57 billion — 20.4% of total imports.
